Ok now that I’ve laid some groundwork, let’s get into the meat and potatoes of this review…

My Personal Results Using Newspapers Alive –

I began my own journey with this program on December 1st, 2016. I signed up with choice #2 which is their “intermediate” package. The first thing I noticed in the back office, was the very clean looking layout that presented “getting started” steps along with corresponding training videos, all with a very clean looking and organized format. I watched the first training video that walked me through my first step, which was zone selection. There was some very interesting information provided in terms of why choose one zone over another. A few of the strategy’s included personality traits that differ from state to state and population variation. The strategy I decided to start out with had nothing to do with hi tech algorithms or any of that fancy stuff. I simply decided to choose the three states that I have family living in, California, New Mexico and Colorado. The traffic zones being 6, 8, and 9. I figured this would be a good strategy as any as I could start out with my three lucky zones and take some time to dig a bit more into some other strategies down the road.

Next up was editing my offer page. Very easy to get something off here quickly. All I did my first time was enter a few lines of basic text followed by my raw website url at the bottom of the message. One thing I can’t stress enough of when dealing with safelists or email biz opp leads of any kind, is to present your website link uncloaked. Why would I do this when you can’t track your links this way you may ask? My experience confirms to me that people are hesitant to click bizarre looking tracking links, and offering the most simple basic link possible ensures the highest click-through response. For me personally, I am very happy to report that this Newspapers Alive program has literally been a license to print money. I made my first sale in less than one week in and it has only gotten better since then. However, I have emailed back and forth with a few other Newspapers Alive members that didn’t earn they’re first commission until the third week for one person and even later for the second person, into month two. What I take from this is that Yes, everyone will make money with this program but it might take some time. How much time depends on many factors which can effect the speed of results ie. what traffic package you choose, what combination and sequence of zones you select, how you design your offer page, how you choose to follow up with interested buyers etc.

Every single program or service delivered online should be viewed with a high level of skepticism. There is no single way to figure out the legitimate offers from the scams, but one rule of thumb that almost certainly should be followed is that the wilder the claims being made, the more likely you are to be duped out of your money. If you are here reading his, then the chances are you have been scammed at least once in the past. It may have been the promise of big money, or perhaps the pictures of hot cars and luxury yachts that sucked you in. Whatever it was, don’t feel bad, many people have been duped in the same way.

One program that is making the rounds right now is Boost My Online Biz (BMOB), and it claims to be able to deliver leads that will help take your online business to the next level. It does not claim that you can make a fortune by sitting back and doing nothing, though, which is already one thing that goes in its favor. If you are here because you are interested in buying into BMOB, the I salute you, as it shows that you are serious about making sure that you won’t get scammed. Let’s take a little closer look at BMOB to see if you will be making a sound investment.

What is Boost My Online Biz?

BMOB is the brainchild of Morgan Hale, a marketing pro who became disillusioned with corporate life after being unceremoniously booted from her job. While her career may have taken a knock at that point, her marketing profession most certainly did not. Whilst working in a grocery store in New York, a job she needed in order to pay the bills, Morgan came up with the idea of a co-op style of marketing that could be cost effective whilst still delivering huge results. She was surprised at just how good those results could be when she started testing the online waters. She knew she was onto something, so she created Boost My Online Biz so that she could build a network of online marketers that would increase her ad buying power, and in turn deliver an unending supply of hot leads.

How does Boost My Online Biz work?

Once you have signed up, you will have access to you back office, where you will find 80 leads that have been culled from a variety of different sources. As mentioned earlier, the co-op approach to marketing means that leads are picked up from safelists, YouTube, Google, traffic exchanges, and more. The one thing that these leads all have in common is that they used an opt-in email set up to show that they were interested in what was on offer. When a consumer takes the time to opt-in and share their information, it shows that they already have an eye on spending some money for the right offer. What you do with those leads at that point is up to you, but just know that you will continue to get 80 leads per day for as long as you are a member of BMOB.

While the latter of those two options may seem like the best, it’s worth noting that the BMOB system comes with a couple of features that make it very tempting indeed. The most important of those features is one called Perfect Timing. Unless you really take the time to break down the data from every message you send out, you really won’t know at which time of day your ads are most effective. The BMOB mailer takes note of all that data, and then figures out the best time to send out your messages so that your lead will be more responsive. All you need to do is apply the Perfect Timing feature, fill out your email as you normally would, hit send, and then allow the software to take care of the rest. It’s a genius feature that really separate BMOB from its competitors.

Are there any extras that come with BMOB?

This is a great question, and one that comes with a very positive response. There are indeed a number of extras included in your monthly membership, and they are all excellent:

  1. Email sales templates – You are provided with 5 great email templates that were put together by marketing pros, and which are sure to help boost your conversion rates. You can edit these to suit your own specific message, or simply leave them as is.
  2. Graphics pack – You can really spice up your emails with some well-placed graphics, and the pack provided gives you all you need to do so.
  3. Double your daily leads – Refer one person to BMOB using your unique referral link and you will see your daily leads double from 80 to 160. Just imagine how many more sales you can make with that many people viewing your messages.

 

Pricing and Conclusionit works

The cost of membership at BMOB is just $39.95 monthly, which really is a small price to pay for such a great program. This is one that I would definitely NOT list as a scam, because it delivers exactly what is says it will. There will be some people who will cry scam, but those may well be the ones who believed that doing nothing but sending an affiliate link to the leads was all that was required to be successful. All the tools you need to succeed are provided by BMOB, but you still need to put in a little effort in order to reap the full benefits.

Organic Prospects is Huge Right Now – But Does it Live up to the Hype?

The internet is littered with systems and programs designed to help your business, yet very few actually deliver on what they promise. I have been burned on more than one occasion, and have lost thousands of dollars in the process. Over the years, I have found one or two that actually deliver the goods, and I am constantly on the lookout for others that might well prove to be just as effective. It is my losses in the past that help make me the perfect person to review any new program. I go into everything with a healthy dose of skepticism, and will not declare any program a viable option until it has been proven to me that it actually does what it says it will do.

The first thing I do is look at the sales pages of these programs, as there are usually some major red flags to be found there. The ones that promise countless wealth by doing nothing are the ones that immediately go in my virtual trash can. Programs have to pass the smell test first, and if they can do that, I will give them a much closer look. That is what I did with Organic Prospects, which was introduced to me by someone on an affiliate marketing forum, whom I trust implicitly. I have had no reason to question anything this person has told me in the past, as his information was reliable. That said, Organic Prospects was not about to bypass my stringent testing methods on the say so of just one person.

 
The first thing I did, before I even went to the website, was to look for other reviews and comments about Organic Prospects. I am not going to tell you that they were all 100% in the positive, but the vast majority had kind things to say about the program. This is where I have to issue a little word of warning to all of you. If you are looking for a program that is nothing but glowing reviews, you are not going to find it. There are some folks who simply didn’t get what they had hoped for out of the program, while others will write a scathing review, simply because they are promoting a different program that does something similar. View positive and negative reviews with an open mind and a bit of skepticism, and just look for which side get the majority vote.

 
Once I had decided that this program may well be worth taking a look at, I went to the main website to see what was on offer there. The site is very well laid out, and delivers the benefits of the program in a way that is clear and very easy to understand. There were a number of great testimonials on there, complete with the links to the site of the person leaving the comments. This made their feedback easy to verify, which is always positive in my book. I also liked that there were no wild claims of potential earnings anywhere to be found. There were also no pictures of fast cars, mansions, and hot women in scantily clad bikinis, which is often the sales pitched used by unscrupulous programs. It was just the facts about the program, and a little bit about the owners of the site, which to me, is also another positive sign.

 

After a look around, I decided to sign up, but let me take a moment to tell you about the factors that led to me getting my credit card out and becoming a member:

Cost – While I was not necessarily a big fan of the one-time processing fee, I felt that it was a relatively small price to pay for a program that only cost $29.95 per month. I have seen, and been part of, similar lead generation programs that cost two and three times as much as what Organic Prospects was charging.

 
Lead Generation Process – Each member gets 70 fresh, unique leads per day, but it is how OP finds those leads that I found to be particularly great. I have been using social media sites to find leads for as long as I can remember, so I was impressed to learn that Organic Prospects scours 15 different social media sites to find their leads. They then use a 4-step process to discover people who have a genuine interest in what you are offering. The tire kickers are sent to the scrap heap if their ranking number is less than 75%. I know how frustrating and time-consuming it can be to deal with window shoppers, so this process really jumped out.

 
Organic Mailer – I loved the idea of getting 70 fresh leads, complete with all sorts of valuable information, on a daily basis, but I was not thrilled with the idea of having to copy that info over to a third-party autoresponder or mailing list. It turns out that there is no need to do any of that, as OP provides its members with an in-house Organic mailer that does the job in a heartbeat. All you need to do is get your list, add them to the mailer, compose your message, and then send it off. This struck me as a fantastic way to save time that could best be served focusing on other parts of my business.

 
Affiliate Program – I tend not to be too interested in affiliate programs offered by the products I use, as my focus is all on my business and the products and services that I am trying to deliver. The Organic Prospects affiliate program was a good deal different, though, as it offered a value proposition that was almost impossible to ignore. All you have to do is a get a single person to sign up in order to have your daily leads doubled to 140. That means an extra 2000+ prospects per month, which is simply too big a number to be ignored. The beauty of this program is that you only need that single referral to make it insanely valuable.

 
There were other features of the program that jumped off the page at me, but it was the ones mentioned above that really made me want to invest.

 

Does Organic Prospects Deliver As Promised?

The answer here is yes and no, but the negative part is all down to what you do with the service provided by OP. We will get to that towards the end of this review, but first let’s take a look at what I received after joining, and how it worked for me.

 
I have a specific niche that I focus on, with a number of different products that I promote included in the mix. I also have a blog that I use to get sign-ups for my weekly newsletter. I am aware that not everyone buys right away from someone they don’t know, which is why I put the blog into action. I love writing content, so it’s a natural step for me. The Organic Mailer allows you to send a single message per 24 hour period, so I chose 7 different products to promote within my niche, one for each day, with the link to my blog also included in each ad.

 
One of the great things about the Organic Mailer is that it allows you to view clicks stats and other important information. What it showed was that my e-mails were being viewed by an average of over 20% of the recipients on a daily basis. The click-thru rate was astounding at 12%, with my personal sales and sign-up rate at around the 4-5% mark. I very easily made back my investment over the first 4 days, which allowed me the chance to tweak the ads that were not performing as well as the others. I realized that what Organic Prospects does is deliver the tools that you need to succeed, but that you also have to put in the effort to make it all actually work. This is where the word of warning comes into play.

Success Also Depends on Effort

What I have learned in my time with Organic Prospects is that the leads they deliver are indeed interested in buying. That said, I am also aware that the content that I deliver via the Organic Mailer is also crucial to my success. Simply blasting out an affiliate link to your prospects is not going to get you any sales or sign-ups. You have to have a solid product or affiliate program that will sell, and you have to make changes to the copy in order to keep making sure that your results get better and better.

 
If you have been in affiliate marketing for a while, and know how to craft a great e-mail, I have no doubt that the program will deliver excellent results. If, on the other hand, you believe that you can make a killing using OP without delivering some sort of value proposition, you might not get what you want out of this program.

They say that you can’t teach an old dog new tricks, yet the internet has made it possible for people of all ages to learn new skills from the comfort of their own home. The problem that people still face, though, is finding very specific learning courses at a cost that doesn’t break the bank. That is the target audience that Udemy is going after, but do they deliver on what they promise?

What Is Udemy?

 

Udemy has been around since 2007, and is the brainchild of Eren Bali. Simply put, the website is a massive marketplace of online learning courses that cover just about everything under the sun. You can learn the ins and outs of affiliate marketing in once course, whilst learning how to master Photoshop in another. There are currently over 10,000 different courses to choose from, with that number expected to continue growing.

 
The site is incredibly easy to navigate, and it only takes a couple of clicks to find what it is you are looking for. You will have to be specific in order to find what you want, as the basic subjects are very broad. For example, if you want to be a better writer, think about what it is you are hoping to achieve – content creation, novel writing, technical writing, etc. – and try to be specific with your searches.

How Are The Online Courses Taught?

 

There are a number of different means by which the course information is delivered. There are zip files, Power Point presentations, PDF files, video lessons, and more. You may even come across a few courses that offer live video classes. These are particularly good, as they present you with the opportunity to ask questions if there is something that you don’t understand.

 
In short, the classes are delivered in much the same way as they are in traditional online college settings, but there is one major difference. You will not be walking away with a degree of any kind when you finish the courses. What you do come away with is a high quality training that can be used to advance your career, or simply help you learn a new skill that can be used in your own online business.

How Much Do The Online Courses Cost?

 

Pricing depends on the course that you choose to take, as all are priced differently. The prices differ wildly, with some courses available for free, while others come in at over $1000. The average price runs between $20 and $100, which means you can easily find a course that suits your specific budget.

My Personal Experience at Udemy

 

I had been considering getting involved in affiliate marketing for quite some time when I came across Udemy. I knew that there were a bunch of free materials and resources available to me online, but I also knew that arranging those in a fashion that was clear and made sense would take more time than I was willing to put in. I loved the fact that the Udemy courses were very professionally laid out, and I decided to go with one that featured live video classes, as this allowed me to ask questions as I went along.

 
I was very happy with the course that I chose, but I should issue a word of warning to those of you looking to learn the same subject. When you are searching for the course that you want, you will find that many of them use materials plucked from elsewhere, which is a plagiarism of sorts that is not particularly ethical. That said, I would think that this is a problem that is most likely reserved for affiliate marketing, as it’s harder to do that sort of thing when putting together courses for coding, photography, and other skills.

==> While my experience with Udemy has been mostly positive, there are some cons that need to be addressed.

 
==> Not all of the courses available are on the up and up, which is why it is so important to choose wisely. Take time to read the reviews on each course before signing up, and also make sure that everything you want to learn is included in the course that you eventually choose.

 
==> The pricing is all over the place, and you may find that some courses are a little out of your reach financially. That said, it is cheaper than going to a traditional school.

There can be no denying that Udemy has a few flaws, but for the most part, this is a great learning platform for people looking to learn specific subjects on a tight budget. I would recommend trying a few of the free courses first, as that will give you an idea of what you can expect when you move on up to the premium courses.
